I started P&T with one primary goal: to create a safe, welcoming space for solopreneurs who don’t feel like they vibe with the more traditional finance industry (think pantsuits, corporate cubicles, and beige high-rise office buildings… pass). In this environment, fostering relationships comes first. I hope to understand how you work best, what success looks like for you, and how we can help you surpass and celebrate your big, fat revenue goals - all while keeping you grounded and excited about your money. 

I’ve worked in the finance space for 4 years now, doing small business bookkeeping and general financial background support in a wide variety of different areas. Everything from large-scale multi-million dollar grant reporting to being on the team launching a first-of-its-kind product on the Canadian market. Before that, I was working exclusively for women-owned small businesses and startups, seeing it all, but there was a common theme: I noticed first-hand that entrepreneurs weren’t given the tools to fully understand the financials of their businesses. They were overwhelmed, underinformed, and missing out on highly valuable information about their financials that was going unseen due to lack of understanding and knowledge – which wasn’t their fault.
